Dates shown in green correspond to days on which I had not run for the previous 7 days.

Dropping in some PHP-scraped Strava running data from a friend’s running history (using the same conditional formatting) over a slightly longer period (5th May 19 until today)…Covid-curtailed London Marathon training is noticeable in early 2020 and late 2019.
