Below is a table to show the current rapid increase in positive Covid-19 tests throughout the states of the USA.
The table gives the population of each state, the total positive Covid-19 tests it has so far seen, the percentage of its population which has been detected to be positive, what percentage of the overall total positive cases were reported in the last 7 days, and a graphical representation of the trend in growth of reported cases.
The table is sorted in descending order of the last 7 days of cases as a percentage of the total so far – i.e. how far from reaching a peak and/or how rapidly are cases spreading throughout the state.
